James C. Zury

James C. Zury became an associate in March, 2008. Mr. Zury is engaged in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts throughout Ohio. His practice focuses primarily on insurance subrogation including product liability, real and personal property losses, bodily injury cases, insurance defense, as well as personal injury litigation. Mr. Zury has extensive experience litigating a variety of subrogation issues and has tried at least one case in each of the 88 counties within the State of Ohio.

Mr. Zury is a 1988 graduate of The University of Akron where he studied and received a Bachelor's Degree in the field of PreMedicine. He is a 1995 graduate of Capital University Law School and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995. Mr. Zury is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and a member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Mr. Zury has worked continuously in the field of insurance subrogation since 1997 and has litigated thousands of subrogation cases throughout Ohio. In addition thereto, he has maintained and overseen cases involving insurance defense issues, as well as plaintiff's personal injury cases.

Jim is married and has two children. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, sports, traveling and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
